He never even got in the door let alone services. While she has 100 percent discretion to see and not see who she wants I found her behavior unprofessional.

You certainly could be right. I considered that as well. In fact, I don't make those accusations lightly. But I also know when I'm being treated in a racist manner, because I have been in the past. And this encounter reminds me of similar encounters when I was turned away after similar circumstances. I have also been around a long time.
