I guess the point I was getting at is that if you’re a manager and you have excess capacity, may make sense to take a little less on marginal rev. But these girls don’t think that way. Come to think of it, the MMS probably doesn’t allow girls to cut the price as then you’d have girls in the same house competing on price which wouldn’t be good.

Some places do think that way. While I was hobbying I never paid more than $260 at any amps. Let's not forget GFE AS was $240 & PH the gold standard is $260.

Calm down. I get your point but I was giving Stacy $240 at A&K spa. I think $260 is more than fair. However i get $280 is the price. I think they started at $300 and lowered to $280, am I correct?

Calm down? Calm down about what? The guy was asking for Intel and I gave him some. I was trying to be helpful. By the way I also saw Stacy when she first started out at 240, but like anything and everything, prices go up. For example when the mta fare goes up later this year I still have to pay their asking price to ride, same rules apply at this venue.

Really don’t need you to talk down to me. I am very familiar with venues like PH, AS, PP, etc. I had not been to this location and was trying to feel out the market here. Since I don’t pay for access I can’t see rates and full details. Just because someone has not written a plethora of reviews does not mean they’re a newbie you can talk down to. I have been around long enough to know to stay away from fishing downtown... so thanks but no thanks on the suggestion.

I wasn't trying to put you down, and I have no way to know your past experience with the hobby, I can only go on your postings here, all recent.
I would think it fairly apparent that this place is a higher end spa, with many high quality girls, and the price point reinforces the higher end nature of this place.
And the girls at higher end places are highly unlikely to cut their rates. And the management is unlikely to permit them to cut their prices.
You say that you are "very familiar with venues like PH, AS, PP etc". So maybe you didn't know that NYAW is of comparable quality?
This place has been around for quite a while now.
So I'm not sure why you asked the question, and the question to me shows that you are likely a newbie.
If you are in fact a seasoned and experienced monger, it is not apparent to me from your postings.
Did you recently move to NYC area? Or were on a long hiatus from the hobby?
If you go through my postings you will see that I am not a combative guy, so I'm not trying to give you a hard time just for the sake of giving you a hard time.

I did not relocate and I have been active on and off for about the last decade. I never was one to post reviews back in the day. Used TER back in the day but always just as a subscriber up until that got shutdown. My hobby has not been isolated to only amps or like places (yes, I know AS, PH, etc are not necessarily amps) so the subscription worked at the time to gain intel but never to to distribute (I guess I am lazy). I’m sure you will point out that I said I don’t pay for subscription but I guess I will clarify in the past I have. I know that the high end locations don’t budge on their numbers. I will be honest I was unaware NYAS (yes have your laughs) was of the same caliber as the venues mentioned previously. With that being said, in all my hundred(s)+ of experiences, and I’m sure you will agree if you’ve hobbied outside of amps, etc, ... and even then some ... that their are definitely are deals to be had out there and even the most unnegotiable girl has dropped there prices, done a favor, gone above and beyond etc and on and on. Lastly I am a buyer at my job and I hate to say it I wouldn’t be successful if I didn’t buy (or atleast attempt) to pay less than the average person. I know it is a bit of a stretch of a reference but maybe give you a little more insight as to where I was coming from.

Your job pretty much explains your question! But as a word of advice - the girls st these places will be turned off by requests for a reduced rate.
You are better off, if you want to haggle, going to a place with a set house fee where the girl sets her own rate for extras.
So go enjoy yourself.

So I ended up paying a visit tonight. Still debating on a review but all I can say is wow. Everyone was spot on with there recommendations. Her mouth truly knows no limits.

I've asked several places what the rate was for 1.5 hr. They tell me: "1 hr = 2.8. hh = 2. 2 + 2.8 = 4.8"

I love the flat rate places - negotiations before a session just kill the mood for me. However, I have to agree with you the typical pricing for 1.5 hour sessions doesn’t make sense. It should be 1.5xhr rate, but it’s usually higher. No idea why they want to disincentivize that.
