Lac po is bad I got banned for not being able to find the apt number within time. Now I can’t make any appointments. Blacklisted. And you know when the po says your license picture will be deleted right after verification, it is a lie. Because I tried google voice to mask my banned phone number, I submitted driver license pic and po responded saying you have been already banned and do not text with different number.

Why I got slapped on the wrist? I had made an appointment, but they didn't confirm, so I made an LSC appointment. Then the other appointment confirmed, so I cancelled the LSC one. Not happy with Frankie boy.

I don't know if there's any truth to this. I read in some of the other reviews is that clicking with Cora is hit or miss. Didn't really notice her on her phone. Maybe at the beginning and at the end, but I figure that's her talking to the PO. I wouldn't say service was lackluster, though I did feel it wasn't as fulfilling as my time with others. As for your last question. I am kind of the wrong person to ask. I have trouble differentiating, so... kind of no help.
