Guys - please... take a beat. IF the local Paw Patrol caused an AMP to shutdown there would have been news accounts blasting the achievements of the operation. Montco's finest are famous for calling the press corps ahead of time to join the party. It is possible they were involved, but if you didn't hear it in the news, I'd be reluctant to believe it. The truth might be something boring like expired permits, plumbing issues or just remodeling.
