I could care less about being banned but for your other comment, fair enough—at the moment of my post to the reviewer it was just my honest reaction to what I read but can see how it could be taken as offensive.

The rate is all inclusive. I don't think many of us tip. Some will chide you and say you are ruining it for every body and driving up expectations qnd prices. I say it's your money do with it what you wish as long as you know that tipping at a kaamp is not very common. It's not unheard of but not a regular practice in this context.
