Cottman and Castor: you're thinking of Beauty Spa. It's understandable. These places seem to blend together anymore as they all do the same service, and, most times, one is just as good as the next.

So Lisa owned it. She is most likely the manager of Sakura and Rose Petals and service provider. I heard her talking to the owner major investor once, for 10 minutes or longer.

She used to be a partner at Rose Petals but is no longer involved there.

It's a PAST association. They are no longer partnered. The shutdown of one and sale of the other occurred within a month of each other. Two separate management groups now.
