the way she says her name is probably closer to Suresure. I tried saying her name properly to the mamasan before, she looked confused. probably because I'm a white guy trying to pronounce Mandarin, lol.
she does deviate from script though, at least I found. she's my favourite there, but I can't ever seem to pin her down, so to speak.
