That matches the description of Lisa, who has been at New Star for quite some time. I haven't been there since pre covid, so I'm not sure if she is still at new star. She has the great D rack, has a tattoo close to the back of her right shoulder, is slim to medium build, and 40ish. She has many reviews here.

How clean is the facility and the room?

It's fine. The rooms aren't dirty, they are a little small and the temperature isn't always the best (cold in winter/hot in summer).
