Well, that’s going to be confusing for some people.
Sunflower Spa (which is connected to Rainbow37 and Emma, the MMS there) is on 61 St. West of Lex, and is Upstairs.
Rainbow61 is on 61 St East of Lex, and is Downstairs. And seems unconnected to Sunflower or Rainbow37

Getting intrigued by the reviews of Bess.
