I went by this place last night, and there was an NYC "Vacate Do Not Enter" sign posted. It says "Dept of Buildings has determined that conditions in this premises are imminently perilous to life. This premises has been vacated and reentry is prohibited until such conditions have been eliminated..." and at the bottom it says "Floor: Cellar level massage parlor." The sign is dated 12/14/18.
