There was a new 3rd girl. A couple of us had seen her but some didn't get the name, others asked but couldn't really understand what it was. Now there a new new 3rd girl or other new 3rd girl and still we don't have a name. My brain have limited place holders for new, new new, the newest, new other and other new 3rd girls

Yes, I never caught that last girl's name, even Amy kept saying it to me ten times, slowly even, and I just never got it. The girl herself was super shy in her little tiny voice though, she never would say it directly to me, always making Amy or Nancy tell me.

This new one, I introduced myself at the beginning, I always want them to know who I am in case they have heard about me of course there she will have heard already. But she didn't give me her name, and I didn't push. Later, I just did not care. Am almost tempted to try her again, just to see if Amy is reading the reviews like she says she does, and if she gives new girl the proper instruction on time management and customer care! But, that long blueball drive up to GS+ at 2300 is not exactly a thing I like to repeat.

Yes, she says she does and yes she reads them. Why you felt suspicious about it?
And of course, you know better, Amy will give one hell of a training to any new girl but the question is; does this new girl have the potential? If there is not much to work with, there is no amount of training will make big changes.

Nah the rest was a standard great time at GS+. I think there used to be a car commercial or maybe it was like a mortgage place, "if you can't have a good time at GS+, you can't have a good time anywhere!"

Sorry to hear of your experience. Hope Amy will learn that we want uninterrupted sessions, unlike my last one with her booking 2 appointments on her phone plus a walk-in question the other girl couldn’t answer. ( He did take a session however). She tried to get me out the back door but I resisted and went out front to find 2 more vehicles. She can rake ‘em it in but needs to hire capable help.

da, this is problem with spa that is awesome with great talent, they forget the clerical or admin. Amy can't be mamasan, she's the superstar there, but really she could do with hiring a girl for the front and/or subscribe to one of those booking services that I'm seeing places getting into. That Nancy she has I like her a lot, and if they can just get the third girl spot filled correctly, would be awesome. A good place might have 4 girls, use three for work and one as phone/door/greeter, then rotate so each gets a day of rest for hand and whatnot. I'm an operations guy for thirty years, if I felt like going dark side I feel like I'd have the most efficient and best spa ever. I keep trying to help these girls at places I enjoy but of course whomever is the owner is not a good business person so they keep doing whatever they do. Sometimes I think that most shops are just money laundering operations so success or failure has just one metric, did the money get washed?

I go there 1-3 times a week, but I carefully select times when I don't feel like it will be interruptions. Works most of the time. Is in my homebase so if I see too many cars, can easily choose to "come back later" or go listen to some Megadeth in the Wawa parking lot for a half hour. At other places this is silly.

This was my experience here to. When it got down to talking on phone with one hand and Mr Happy in the other, I called it quits !!!
