If I am interested in going to a certain spa I read the reviews of the place. If I can't find it in a review I send a PM to someone who has been there. This way we are not broadcasting details in the Public Forum area of a review,, it is a hat simple.
You have been to quite a few spas and have written reviews. If you know the level of service in the review and know if it is AMP, RMP ,or LMP the donation does not very that much..So if you do decide to go take a few extra bucks with you for unexpected charges.
In the amount of time it took to respond 3 times the 'donation' could have been found.

I suggest go after Eva is back. Without Eva, she is taking lot of traffic and might not offer best possible service you deserve for your $$$
