those ludlow spots have been historically awful. but the last couple thai reviews have me thinking with the small head

I agree. I've been to a couple of the other ones & didn't repeat. I think this one is the best on that street. It's not EPM but I'm pleased and plan to keep going there.

The Ruby I met had dyed blonde hair and was younger than Annie according to both Annie and Ruby. I had no doubt Ruby was younger just from looking at them.
