Not trying to start a flame war just saying another post reported that she will only see white guys. Yes that is selective but I think racist is a more accurate word. She has the right to see or not see whoever she wants but lets not pretend it's about being 'honest and respectful' when it's about being white just call a spade a spade.
I’ll bite. What makes it racist is the complete lack of communication once you identify yourself as a person of color.
The first time I thought perhaps it was something I wrote. The second time was to verify my thoughts so I wrote from a different email address with a much more subtle approach. She was absolutely engaging with four or five responses until I let her know I was a
POC. Crickets.
I confronted her hoping she would at least offer a BS excuse, but nothing.
You can call it “preference” but in my eyes it’s nothing more than a rationalized code word for racist.
