I’ve seen her twice and both times she was clean & fresh, and the apartment is actually very nice - nothing like the apts that Lear uses, those girls actually put in effort to furnish & make it liveable (and they don’t live there). They also provide clean towels for your shower.

Maybe you saw her at an off moment, but I think her high volume of great reviews speak for themselves.
