As universally acclaimed boob arbiter here, I say: OP is closer to the truth. Tori's rack is fine, and I would say "nice rack" is perfectly acceptable description - it certainly doesn't detract from the Tori experience. But amongst her peers this is not her strong point. To get placed in top rack discussions, MMs of that obvious hardness should be bigger, or, conversely, if they are this size, they should be softer and more natural. You don't see Tori for her rack. You go see Tori for her personality, enthusiasm, skills and my goodness what a wonderful little sister who grabbed onto my little brother and wouldn't let go like they're best friends in nursery school. All rolled up in a petite package you can toss around. Those are her strong points.
I guess it really depends on what your tastes are. About 5 foot tall korean girls with fake boobs and short hair are my type. Tori is the 3rd one I have had and I was all over all of them. I typically see women with larger tops so I appreciate Tori’s for the size that they are. I definitely saw what BK meant about them needing to feel softer the last time I saw her. But only by a minor margin to me. I think she has a great pair nonetheless.
