Had trouble with my appointment with Victoria as well today. I was waiting 20 minutes in a room for her. MMS needs to work on her scheduling.

What happened to you sucks, but you never saw Victoria, so it is not fair for you to give her a bad review with a No recommendation.

Reviewing the establishment and giving them a bad review if you must, would be fair. Victoria has nothing to do with her booking or scheduling though.

I agree. If you read the review it says nothing bad about Victoria. Only about my negative scheduling experience with the MMS of the establishment.
