There is a site in Chinese on the Internet that they use to communicate with each other regarding open positions. It’s not on WeChat or KakaoTalk - it’s just peer-to-peer file sharing. I think it uses BitTorrent protocol, but how it actually works is way past my level of understanding. You or I can’t search for it because it’s in Chinese. I don’t really know how it works other than that basic setup, I just know they can go on it and see pictures of any girl looking to be hired and they can see pictures of the spas with openings. Unlike our network, which is open for any LE to look at, theirs is untraceable and impenetrable because they use VPN to mask IP addresses. I kind of laugh at how much more organized they are than we are. They are in a completely different league than us, a bunch of guys sharing stories about big titties. And I laugh when I hear about the poor girls who are forced into human trafficking. This is all business with smart, sophisticated women, independent contractors that are as organized as a Fortune 500 company with an IT Department. That’s how they fill part timers so fast. They don’t use it to rate customers, as far as I know, just to share job openings. But who knows. They advertise shops all over the world. I know because two girlfriends ago showed it to me. She had a special notification ringtone that would play every time there was a post. The thing went off constantly.
That information cost me two years of my life and a broken heart.

It is big business, pure and simple. Strictly controlled and managed by a hierarchy of "directors". They delegate many of the day to day the operational issues, but they manage the recruitment, transportation, new site development, the medical care and they get involved as necessary with law enforcement and immigration issues. They do not like freelancers and rogues. And is run from geographic centers of major populations, just like it was in the past.
