I went here on a positive review I read here and I will not return either.
Poor service, confusion, bad English ( which maybe they use as a ploy to disguise poor service as mistakes ) , just overall not good.
I hope that they are reading these reviews and maybe change things for the better

They must have broken the heater from running it too hot. I thought they had it on too high during my visit last week. I was sweating, uncovered. The heat was coming from the wall mounted A/C-heat combo unit. The electric baseboard was not on and the water radiator was covered.

At least you got the back walk. I didn't. It wasn't offered. I usually enjoy a good back walk.

yes, because its a chinese shop and not a korean shop. The mamasan is chinese as well as the ladies who work there. Yet 95% of the reviews say Korean.

No need to apologize, I was just wondering what you were doing when I saw all the sudden all the shop's reviews get bumped up to the top that's all. I had glanced at your reviews and didn't see you had reviewed the place (maybe I missed it) which is what made it seem a bit odd. No big deal.
