Yup these places, especially smack in middle of residential houses, don’t last more than a few months. There was a place a block away from ps 174 few years back w nice looking girls didn’t last long. Absolutely shocked wave spa lasted this long.

Not sure if full service is available for everyone from Theresa because she told me doesn’t like fat guys but she could be like Lucy from ELM SPA and fucks everyone.We all have heard the story from providers that only a few get special extras and meanwhile everyone is getting the same menu.

If she is working alone, she will put out. She only stopped after the boss put a stop to it because of noise complaints. Walls/ceilings are thinner than you think. During COVID, she was an absolute demon. Almost nothing was off limits.

Of all the AMPs in FH, they have lasted the longest. Well over 10 years. I can’t think of any other place still open more than 5 years in the area. Not including the therapeutics.

I think they benefit from no sinage and being in the basement and a rep for HE only. FS places don't last long.
