Not to reveal too much of my background but... it really depends on the anatomy of the breast; uneven distribution of the fatty/muscle tissue or disproportionate skin thickness around the breast. She could have had the same result with an “First World” surgeon if the breast was not a prime candidate for enhancement, although the surgeon could have also said no... so ethics are another issue.

Interesting! Can a 2nd surgery improve things? As far as the first surgery, would a surgery in 2000 vs a surgery in 2020 made a difference or do the odds suggest that it was always going to be a “NO” regardless?
