Listen to this one...I get a lineup, and end up choosing Celine. I'm excited since she is very attractive and tatted just how I like, but MMS walks in and says Celine has an appointment already, and takes her away. Before that she was trying to force Doubles on me for "good price."
What gives??
How is it every time I set up an appointment with them, my girl is always "busy"? When I choose the girl in the lineup, she has an appointment??
It annoyed me and I was telling MMS, now I should get a discount for changing my girl on me. Obvi she played it off like she didn't understand.
I ended up choosing Helen (2nd time) and she took me like a champ, so not a bad session, just don't like how they play that switch up stuff last minute. Next time I'll walk..

New customers book appointments and never show up. If a regular customer had booked as well they will most likely honor his request over yours, especially if you did not follow up in the morning as other members have mentioned. Unfortunate that this happened to you. I would suggest booking again. Zoey is amazing and will take you for a ride.
