RisingSun8 Management Terrible?

Why is the person managing the lines at RisingSun8 terrible? I've never had to ask someone to confirm, then they failed to confirm, and then they push me back for not confirming.... Its never this difficult at DDY or any of the other shops.

I was able to schedule an appointment at RS8 today and it was rather easy even for a first time customer like me. I had to double text to get their attention again since I imagine they get a lot of messages everyday but try to not go overboard with this since they can get annoyed.

it ended up being fine but they didn't double confirm when i asked them too and then pinned it on me for not confirming, so i ended up having my slot pushed back...

super frustrating though because the provider i saw there was like shell shocked that mms wouldn't give her a break between sessions, like i've never seen a girl so out of it
