San Diego regional providers?

Is it okay to review and talk about providers not from the city of san diego, but from the region? I've seen some chula vista reviews. wondered about el cajon, etc.
I mention this because the San Francisco board is being shut down by the moderator, saying its not a regional board, but rather ONLY for the city of san Francisco. Which just seems weird given there are no other bay area regions, but most of the orgs are outside of SF proper.

So I was just checking to see what is standard here...

rAMPage is gone, so the SF Bay Area is back.... broken up into different cities of the Bay now.

I would say that SD is broken up in such a way that we can only really follow a regional model. Some parts of the county might be further away, but I'm still interested in learning about providers because I may be in the area one day. Besides, it's not like there are a lot of AMPs or other providers in downtown, aside from some higher end escorts. If we were to put this to a vote, I would support continuing allowing regional reviews.
