Hey guys - I'm moving from NYC to Denver in July, and looking for some leads from the locals as I scout ahead. I'm aware that theotherboard is big in Denver, any other sources / reputable shops near the city center I should be looking at? I'm open to both independents and spas / other crews, but especially interested in latina / eastern european talent. Any advice would be much appreciated!

Besides TOB, Tryst has a lot of indy provider options for Latina and some eastern euro options. Expect ~5 bills for an hour plus or minus.

callescort.com is a site with a lot of foreign-national latinas (and a good amount of spam). Take a little filtering, but you can get some great results. The Cuban, Columbian and Venezuelan girls don't speak much english.

You’re gonna be so disappointed with Denver compared to NYC, both with the amount of options available and the rates that you’re gonna have to pay for much lower quality providers.
But once you settle in and play the field a bit, I’m sure you’ll find your sweet spot within the scene. You’ll learn to make compromises lol.

haha trust me, it’s definitely one of the downsides I’m dreading. But it’s time to make the move and perhaps it’ll nudge me towards slowing down a bit in this hobby.

I'm not aware of any Spas with dedicated Latina or Eastern Euros. I'm not saying there isn't any (that's not my preference), I just haven't heard of any.

Several hot Latinas post on the other board and a few Euro transplants, however, as others have said, you will probably have to search Tryst, P411, Eros and those types of sites for a bigger - and more expensive - variety of both Latinas and Eastern Euro babes. Heck, we barely have any good Asian talent at reasonable prices so as I always say to mongers visiting (or in your case, relocating), be prepared to overpay and be under-whelmed with the talent.

So far I’ve walked on 2 B&S (one eastern euro agency listing from Eros and one Latina from TOB). Not a good start, but I am a persistent SOB. Looks like established indies are the more reliable way to go for now, though overpriced as people here have mentioned.
