I don't understand the thought process in opening an AMP near private homes. Open in a commercial area & you're more likely to stay in business. The truth is none of us would want to live next door to an AMP because of the issues many mongers bring.

the locations appear to be dual usage buildings. They have apartments over the stores. All it takes is one tenant to make a stink.
