That was the big SH lie, level 1 was taken by a select few to mean that the individual was unworthy, and only after the ritual of tribal hazing was completed could they be trusted. It was an open invitation for the asshole in the many self proclaimed 'i know more than you' experts to come out.

It wasn't necessarily someone's "level 1 rating" that drew the scorn of others. It was more likely the dumbass nature of their questions (or the blatant requesting of private information, or the lazy requests for information that could easily be looked up by someone more resourceful and self-sufficient).

EVERYONE started as a level 1. It's how they acted that determined others' responses to them.

It’s a data center located outside the US. And its laws. ie: Russia, China, Caymen Islands, Eastern Europe where you’re information is not reachable by LE. Look at the site maps for Ashley Madison, or other dating sites ,you would be supprised
