Well I am glad it's 100. These over tippers thinking they're getting better service.... Bs. I can almost guarantee that's not true. Especially if you tip after.....

Perhaps the few big-tippers aren't enough to offset the decrease in traffic from girls demanding $140? Just my guess.

Even at $100, these girls make a very nice living, at least $150k+ a year tax free even if they take 2 days off each week.

$100 * 6(clients per day on average) * 5(work days per week) * 52(total weeks in a year) = $156,000

If the girl is popular and get booked solid daily (10 clients per day), and work 7 days a week. She would make $350k+ a year tax free, even at $100 per hour.

I was told the girls want to make at least $1500 per day.

That can only happen if the spa requires $140 minimum tip + she get booked solid on a daily basis + at least 3 client per day tip more than $140 consistently

GDS is under bew ownership and brought the $100 Model to CNJ. Besides the fact that the majority of the girls there are some of The Best of The Best, the price point made it a mad house with guys waiting in their cars or literally in closets sitting on a chair.
Just up the street, about 6 to 8 miles away, depending on the route you take to get there, Dream Spa Suddenly became dead.
Now we should see a good even distribution between both spas, and they will now both have to fucus on customer service and proper scheduling to earn and keep their customers.

So dream is dead now?
I didn't go because of the wait each time I tried.
Gotta reconsider

Yap. I believe they do. Cuz there’s house fee. If you pay house fee first without tip they hand it to MMS first. And then no one would know how much tip you pay. You can end up paying nothing for massage only and being an asshole.

So you don’t consider your get salary full paid when you put in your pocket and pay for your food and rent afterward?? If they think they get ripped off they won’t be staying at same spa.

Yes. In any Latina shop the girls they must give the house $20. From customers that they service.

Standard Tips aren't good. I am not sure why some people see this as a positive. You absolutely aren't going to have full service above and beyond with a fixed tip. The phrase "YMMV" will be "YMWV". HJs for $100 isn't my cup of tea. In less than 2 months the girls will now be negotiating on top of a house fee and standard tip to deliver a minimum. Hard pass.

It’s because GDS in EB only asking for 160 all in and service is amazing plus girls are mostly younger and prettier than other spas. Basically, they are killing other spa’s business that’s why dream spa wants to match it. They advertised 160 all in but girls there still asking more. That’s why someone started this conversation. GDS is just too good and too crowded now. Line is always long if you don’t have appointment. Even you have appointment you would need to wait lol.

lol I give the house fee then the basic tip when it was 140, then after the service, I give an additional tip. Some went above and beyond even after the standard tip, so I gave them more after, their face of course lights up. If the service sucked, I definitely want the option of that 100 tip hahahha.
