Standard tip $100

I'm not really looking for tip to go down, just the age of the providers. Are the newcomers in their 20's or are they in their 40-50s+?

Usually the RT places have some grannies. Been lucky with the 28-38 crowd though. Youngest I ever had was in NYC, was shocked beyond shocked, college student with nice naturals. 15 years ago though.

lol I give the house fee then the basic tip when it was 140, then after the service, I give an additional tip. Some went above and beyond even after the standard tip, so I gave them more after, their face of course lights up. If the service sucked, I definitely want the option of that 100 tip hahahha.

Exactly, if I give a standard tip and got a sub-par service, then I would feel treated. I always hand over $$ at the beginning and add if warranted. Lately, it was 50% success with $$. Some even I felt insulted and should have walk out. If we all started at the $100/$60, then go up after then service, then I would have some recourse. If anyone believe that CNJ mongers were okay with the $$, just look at the line at GDS and Dream's decision to match.

I've had a few favorites over the year at Dream at $140 an hour, but the really good one's worth repeating, were few and far between.
So far, every girl that I have seen at GDS has been a winner that I will and in some cases already have repeated with.
You cannot beat the girls over there for a $100 an hour tip. They are not greedy either. I usually just give the girls 200 up front, with the intent that the 140 after the house fee was for them. A couple of them told me it was only $100 and tried giving me change.

Yes. In any Latina shop the girls they must give the house $20. From customers that they service.

What the girls pay, compared to what they make is minimal.
If the girls are working at a high volume spa, where they are also provided Room and Board, they pay about $100 a day to work in the spa. $80 of that goes to the house to work and live there, and the other $20 a day goes to the mms from each girl to tip her and also help cover her salary. Not everyone is only tipping the girls 100. Most customers tip 140 or more. At a busy spa, these girls easily see 8 to 12 customers a day. $100 a day is a small price to pay for what they make. Then you have girls that upcharge for Extra Servies. That extra money is 100% theirs.

Especially if it's the first time with someone, and it's not that good, then it's not much of a loss.
You can't take back. But you can always add the extra at the end if its good. Which it usually is at GDS.

I agree that $100 is a good "gateway drug" price for a new place or new girl. I don't mind paying more if the service was exemplary or once we have built up a good rappport over time.

One interesting thing I find here is that people seem to have no idea how old these Asians are. I have already made this comment a couple of times so I try not to bring it up. I wish I was like them and thought I was with someone who is late 20's or early 30s when in reality its a 50+ year old.

I generally find them younger at the LMP's but you are also paying more and arent getting as good service at you get at the AMPs.

They purposely put some of their more popular girls at GDS. It's a great business decision. I use to go to 785 and their other shops, not all are lookers or stay as long but the service and price are always consistent.
