There are tens, maybe hundreds of decent looking AMP providers out there working right now who will serve you with a smile, and appear to, if not love their job, take customer satisfaction very seriously. These ladies are thinking in terms of establishing relationships, and are optimizing for lifetime customer value.

Obviously, there are an order of magnitude more who view each interaction with a customer as a transaction to be won or lost. Many of these ladies take an adversarial view of their customers, and many of those don't make any effort to hide it.

At this point in my hobby journey, I'm mostly about finding gems in the first category, and avoiding spending any time/money on the second category (unless they are hot enough that I don't care). Nothing screams "transactional" like a provider who greets you with a scowl on her face.

You hit the nail on the head. I use thos forum to obtain Intel on providers I might want to see. I no longer have the time or energy to go searching for subpar providers. It's obvious that the providers who are constantly high do not tend to last long, nor do they provide good service. In fact the averages hour rate In brooklyn is approaching 250-300. Most of these providers have kids, terrible service and are users looking to make a quick buck because they need their next fix.

I saw a colombian girl on an outcall last week. 300 hour for bbbj. She wouldn't dfk, nor suck my balls. She even told me that she didn't like her job but that her mom was coming from her country so she needed extra funds. Respectfully, I sent her away after 30 mins. She could tell I was unhappy.

It's clear that this job isn't for her. I even told her afterwards that she should probably do something else. That was the final straw for me.

Seeing subpar providers pisses me the fuck off because I know I've wasted money on poor service. Now I'm in the game only for my regulars or highly reviewed women. I'd rather pay 360 for excellent service then 250 or so for abysmal service.

Of course there's the occasional ymmv. But an experienced consistent provider understands she's there to please that man. That's what gets her paid. The successful ones are usually the ones who understand this concept.
