Is it culturally offensive to take a small sip of water after the water is presented?
I received a dirty look for taking a small sip but seeing that l made it seem l needed a first small sip to prepare for a huge 3/4 gulp of water that immediately followed with that l got a big smile and a bow.
So am l nuts?
