To compete with many of the better spas places like Saigon, Ocean, French, and Tokyo Spas have to up their game. They have been stuck in the 90's service for too long. Also nice that they they are fixing theses spas up. I just hate to see a couple of them pushing their house fees up.

Saigon Spa? Is that Vietnamese as the name suggests.

I remember there was a Saigon strip club in Honolulu, that was anything but Vietnames, lol

922 Arch, formerly Tokyo, is reopened under the name "Moon Moon Spa". This is not Saigon. Saigon new location is across the street from here. Saigon old location on 10th street is now Ocean Spa and same owner as Susen Spa in the northeast

I’m not into reviews, though maybe I’ll write one. I visited this place yesterday for the first time under new ownership.

For those who remember the old Tokyo, the front room where the girls hang out was clean and orderly. Not even a blanket to be seen. Clearly no one is sleeping there.

The lockers are gone and in their place a small room with a massage table. Communal shower area being used for storage, including 1 shower for clean towels. What was at one point a sauna at the far end of shower room now equipped with a table shower, low to the floor.

Either only 1 girl was working or they soundproofed the entire spa. From the time I reached the door till leaving was 75 minutes and I didn’t see or hear a single other person.

On a related note, it’s hit or miss if anyone responds to text messages.

Well, I’ve been to Ocean and I’m wondering how it compares. The last time I was at ocean I saw Gigi the African-American and there was at least six other girls there.

I was last at Ocean in December, mid-afternoon weekday. Also about 6 girls available.

Also visited mid-afternoon weekday. There may have been a 2nd girl working, but the spa was very quiet. Definitely more choice at Ocean.
