There are so many options in TR at least10. At this point I think kings and possibly lake ridge are my front runners. I kind of gave up on others for various reasons. Just wondering what others think of the area at this time.

Even been to mule road lately or ocean blue since they have new owners . Haven’t been to either in one year asking if you been there ?worth it ?
