I got a Lomi Lomi massage in Hawaii years back and it's nothing special. The place was legit. As for this place in DE, you'd have to do a search for reviews. Maybe Yelp.

I wanted to try the 4 hand Lomi Lomi at the Hershey Hotel Spa, I guess you saved me half a grand at least.

There was a Hawaiian lady in nyc well before covid that did lomi-lomi, legit..but I did see her in a not so legit BP ad too.
