The most jarring aspect of this story is that video was installed inside massage rooms. As a result, 171 arrest warrants have been issued. Mongers in Florida are starting to turn themselves in.

Although it does occur! State law applies.

I can't see spa owners going along with videotape requests by police. What's in it for them except headaches? The whole thing seems bizarre to me. Seems almost like entrapment.

There are two types of owners. One is the owner or owners who owns the estate collecting leases, and the other is the owner of the parlor. If J approves surv cams, the estate owner(s) does not have to know about it. Depends on the written legislature.....

I know, right? So many options---close down for awhile, warn the ladies, warn the johns, make sure the cameras weren't working (wink wink). What, were the police sitting in each spa every day having the run of these places? Did they threaten the owners if they tipped anyone off? I don't get this at all.
