Most people have to work from January 1 to the end of April to fulfill their yearly tax burden. That's 4 months of your life every year for as long as you live in which your income was taken from you and given to the government. Sounds like a form of slavery to me.

I am an IT consultant with Wall St.firms.
Been in that arena for over 30 years.
And yes, it it still a male dominated environment, thank God.
You realize your show of disrepect towards me and my ideas is jeopardizing that Everything Bagel at Nobel Spa, right???

. I am an IT consultant and I work with financials. In fact, I’ve been stuck here since January coming in to their office 4 days a week. I’m working more with the business side, but in any case it’s 60/40 men women. We should have been done in 2 months, but a clown is the sponsor for this and he keeps changing his mind. His. The women on the project are ok. I don’t really care, I get paid by the hour and it’s good practice writing the same code 5 times. But I’d rather be on my next assignment, which is back to Asia.
