I will start. She is the most beautiful girl in the world. I dont know why other than to say she is perfect in every way. She is sweet, smart, and sexy! I will never meet a girl like her! I am so thankful she is my friend! It is all I can do 
All I will say is don't get involved with trying to solve her problems.
If it's just seeing each other on the outside for dinners and dates and vacations, that's fine.
But if she starts in with stories of a parent with cancer or owing money to people or similar things, run like hell.
In fact, if she starts burdening you at all with any of her problems, even moderate ones, I would say run like hell.
I learned my lesson the hard way, but at least I finally learned it.

-Stop drinking and hope I snap out of this confusion between infatuation and love, commonly known as 'perfect in every way' near vision distortion.
-Withhold money or refuse a few of her 'need' requests when they come and see if her opinion of me changes
-hope for an intervention
-See out a psychiatrist to figure out what Is wrong with my personality.
-prepare myself for entering her world where Nothing is as it seems, spending all of your free time taking her shopping, looking at someting, picking up her stuff she has stored in boxes at 10 different locations, all where she previously temporarily lived
-buy a bigger house, one that will fit her parents, sisters, brothers, wayward friends, parties she will throw
-hope some day I meet her first (few) stepping stone boy friends so that I can ask him/them how he/they got out. Better yet, meet her ex husband(s), if she divorced him.
-marry her and kiss everything i worked for good bye
- tell her i'm taking the garbage out and never come back
Not that I'm a pessimist, or maybe I am, either way these are just some ideas. And you won't find your answer in some rock and roll song.

I will say if my good friend need help I would be there for her in a heartbeat
