Dunno about 60/40.
Pro spa, though that's 70 house. Menu is all over the place but Lisa is great for basic service. There are other girls there with different strengths.
Cici (independent) is a legend and within that zone, price wise.
Azen therapy is very solid. Sunny is a favorite.

I’ve had excellent luck with good day spa on 22nd. House is $70 for an hour but so far I’ve pulled one legitimately hot younger provider (julie) and one older but skilled provide (bebe) not hot but not not sexy. Both fun experiences in different ways. To each his own, but atozen was my worst amp experience ever by a wide margin and Sunny is a forest hag imho.

Yeah to each his own. Sunny is not attractive, agreed, but can give a great legitimate massage. Great teasing and hj skills, some of the most intense he experiences I've had.
My top two he experiences are Cici and Yang (who used to run blue dream but closed it, opened a shop in flushing, closed that, and was looking to open a new shop in Manhattan this fall).

$60 / $ 60 or $ 80 for me. You could get away with 60/40 if you are not looking for anything but massage and one HE release I think
