-Signs/reasons he should play D: he denies the charge- refuses to talk- has the $ to hire the best team- can team up with 26 other rich guys who also got busted- cops did a lot of things the lawyers can put under a microscope- is the video grainy/dark?- cops say there was no sound recording (what were they talking about in the room?)- can drag out appeals for years- in the end he can blame the system for railroading him.....
-Why he should fold: save $...….

Thoughts?

He and every other guy should demand jury trials, go through lengthy discovery processes, challenge the warrant (hell the rich guys should help pay for the defense of the little guys) - it would be a couple of years before they ever got to trial, at great expense to the counties. Then they go to trial (they'll never get there) each one separately. Demand that the tapes be played in open court. etc, etc. The reputational damage has been done already. Force the DA and the cops to spend a fortune or cave.

LE is getting down n dirty trying to convict these guys in the press now so what do they have to lose? Might as well go for it.

''absolutely no way he’d take the plea dea''
''The investigators have since struggled to show proof that the operation at Orchids of Asia relied on women who were victims of human or sex trafficking. No one has been charged with human trafficking, and both women with whom Kraft was allegedly seen on camera — are licensed masseuses and Florida residents.''

''So far, no one in the case has been charged with human trafficking''

Ive said this since it went down. There can’t be any audio since FL is a two party state. BOTH people being videotaped have to be aware it’s happening. Same thing with taping telephone convos.

I will give you the MAIN reason he should fight. He owns a professional football team who are by training have fought their entire careers. Do you think there is a single person in the Patriots organization who would recommend rolling over like a whipped dog? Even if he did get that advice from some, wouldn't somebody like me come along and remind him how much everyone in the organization fought when they were identified as cheaters? The year after Bill B was caught cheating, they almost achieved the undefeated season. What happened when they suspended Brady for four games? I think that year they won the SB and he was the MVP. You give that organization a rallying cry and they tend to respond. Kraft will us this as a rallying cry!!!

If it goes to a jury, wouldn’t the providers also be required to testify? We all know what will happen if that’s the case, the providers will relocate to a different city or state, these women aren’t going to show up and admit to servicing Kraft, deny deny deny, the case will be thrown out, a video without sound isn’t enough to find guilty.

The answer: delayed-notice search warrants, better known as sneak-and-peek warrants.

The warrants allow law enforcement to secretly install cameras inside private businesses to monitor illegal activity.

Don’t need two person consent. You are not talking about regular people putting up home surveillance or video at a place of work where reasonable privacy expectation is law. But even then video IS allowed including conversations, emails and internet activity.

The prosecutors feel really good about their case or they wouldn’t of offered that bogus plea deal.

Don’t need audio. They have the illegal act on video and him giving money to her.

Kraft will argue the money wasn’t for the blow job. But if it wasn’t for the blow job, what was the money for?

A plea deal imo demonstrates a not so strong case, if so forget a plea when they feel it’s a solid case, Kraft is being prepared by his attorney what to say in court what was discussed between he and provider. Two consenting adults playing around, tell me what was discussed per Kraft and girl? You, like LE can only speculate since voices or conversation wasn’t recorded. What was the money for? It was for a pedicure and manicure or maybe for groceries or maybe for a haircut and wash. Speculation isn’t proof, unless Kraft admits to pay for play, he’s going to do to Florida justice system what the dolphins did to the patriots, the miracle play, Gronk failed to tackle the runner, dolphins win via miracle play, Kraft’s attorney got this, just watch and see.

The plea no one would of taken and was an admission of guilt so who would take that deal?

We shall see what happens in court.

His players will play every second of the game whether they win or lose, Kraft cannot lose before he has even gotten on the field. He will fight it like a rampant dog whether it is right or wrong.

I would fight hard because a plea offer from the DA is to save costs and boost the DA's "winning records."
In other words, make the other team beat you, if there offense sucks, then keep their defense off the field or vice versa. Kraft is already going to face NFL penalties regardless of the outcome, don’t concede without a legitimate fight.

He's demanding a jury trial. I'm sure his lawyers think they evidence is inadmissible or will can get him off on technicalities. I would think this is the last thing the prosecution wants.
