I'm glad to see this new protocol and I'll happily help as best I can.

One big question. What is the policy when someone asks "what's the damage?" -- I would have thought this should be a private detail. Many boards have outright banned any discussion of numbers. But it is asked a lot on this board

And -- are you asking members to help enforce by hitting the "report" link or should we leave it to the constable on patrol ?

Progressive disciplinary action is the norm in the professional world. Violations of codes of conduct can be dealt with by issuing a stern verbal warning. Repeat offenders should receive a written warning and a copy of the warning placed in their file. Future infractions should be followed up with suspension according to the severity of their violation. Continued disregard for the law should result in consideration of permanent separation. At least that's how it works in some organisations.

This new policy to insulate private posts from the general public is great. I, for one, think this will eliminate the potential for spa neighbors stumbling, through Google, onto posts that may offend them. The protective disciplinary policy is absolutely required to maintain privacy. I think this was a very necessary and responsible policy change.

There is an unintended consequence. Remember, for $30 Polaris or any state trooper can read absolutely everything private that you post. The new policy keeps it away from the general public, but concentrates the information in an easily accessible spot for anyone with a reason to search for it. Don’t be lulled into a false sense of security.

Please be careful what you post, even in the private forum. It’s only private to the general public. Before you post on a private forum, think about what the impact will be on your favorite spa. If it’s potentially damaging, don’t post it. Save intimate details for trusted members by PM, or even better, go off platform and email friends with particularly sensitive information.

That way, only the Russians will be able to read it.

That's a separate issue, that you have. Some boards have no problem with price. This is about bans for detailed info about the session.

There are sooooo many posts on this thread that have nothing to do with the detailed info needing to stay private and only for the people with access. All the other posts about what else should be and how things should work isn't pertaining to this thread.

Read carefully, to avoid the possibility of losing your membership here.

The content posted in the Private Details section within every review, as well as any information shared inside one of our many new Private Access forums is sacred. This means the author of such content intended it to be privately shared among members with Private Access ONLY.

As a member here, you accept the shared responsibility of keeping that information sacred.

In other words, you will lose your membership if you ever reveal the contents of private details or a Private Forum to non-private access members. Even if you do so by accident. There will be a zero tolerance policy applied to enforcement of this guideline. In other words, it doesn’t matter who you are, how long you’ve been here, how many posts or reviews you have, or whether you did it maliciously or unintentionally....you do it, you’re gone. Period.

Avoid making this mistake in your posts.

Especially avoid using QUOTE in your posts. If you quote something, keep in mind that you might be quoting something in private details only to make it visible to the general public in your public reply. You do that, you’re gone.

Avoid asking questions about something someone posted in the private details. Avoid referencing something someone posted in the private details. In both cases, you may be revealing something indirectly . And even in that case, you’re gone.

Members take note! If you see this happen out there in the forums, REPORT IT. We have several mods now and more importantly than just banning the offending member, we have to clean up the thread.

Although we avoid ever editing the content posted by our members in posts or reviews, this is an exception. You can bet your bottom dollar that we will edit a post to protect private information that some idiot negligently revealed.

AMPReviews members, thanks for your understanding. Please help us to implement and enforce this guideline. The best forums on the net are the ones that are self-monitored and policed by the members.
I think this is a great policy and appreciate your hard work in implementing.

My additional request is that reviews only be accepted if they actually contain useful detail and sufficient information (for example, it's not helpful to describe a girl's body as "curvy" - there should be an estimate of bra cup, natural, etc like many other boards require).

This will help weed out fake reviews and also reduce the number of follow up questions to weak/undetailed reviews.

It is also the norm to skip disciplinary levels / steps. At times the only step is out the door, termination, when the behavior is exceedingly egregious.

Don't believe everything you hear from members. I guess some do believe what they see and hear. This site needs better improvement.

Some will only give you a WeChat connection, not their cell phone number. Just a little more private than a regular text. Plus they love to use the stickers. And you can text and call for free if they. are out if the country.

But what advantage is there having that connection? Isn’t it just the same as having their cell to ask when they are working? Why should I ask for their wechat?

Because of what I said before and some of us have more personal contact and communication with them between visits. You may not want this on your regular text messages or they may not either.
