If they're the place on the 2nd floor across from the bus station, I went there several times a few years ago. Was initially pretty good, then changed hands and went downhill. Probably changed hands a couple times since then. TOFFT and let us know

That address is for Ocean Spa, formerly Saigon. It's basically a fast house with options for upgrades. There are reviews and threads about the place.
