I think this site is almost entirely straight hobbiests reviewing cis-women providers.
Nobody has any problem with hobbiests looking for TS providers. I think it's more that there are a lot more cis-women providers and a bigger client base.
Personally, I always thought there must be specialty sites for TS and other LGBTQ provider reviews, especially for big cities.
The site moderators are pretty great about members starting their own threads and if you started a TS review thread in the NY section, you'd probably be surprised at how fast it grows.
And don't worry about getting trolled. Most of us understand that having a thing for TS providers is the pretty much the same as having a thing for bbw, gilfs, Asians, or even redheaded providers.
And we all understand that the guys who would troll other hobbiests for liking what we like are the same guys who keep "accidentally" typing these words in their search engines and "don't know how I keep showing up" at these providers!
