From my experience being nice, kind and respectful ranks first. I hear all the time how much they like that. Next is being clean, groomed and having good hygiene. That is appreciated (just like we expect that from them). Being fit probably adds points too but honestly I have had equally good experiences when I was overweight as well as now being lean, healthy and muscular. Recently I had one tell me I had a nice body compared to most chubby American guys. Then another tell me “you too skinny now”, so who knows.

I think you may be overestimating the percentage of mongers who are confident, and bedding working gals is not a strong signal that one is confident.
These gals do notice a handsome guy when they see one and would most likely prefer a clientele consisting of attractive men rather than unattractive men.
However, working gals have the expectation that they won't encounter many "George Clooneys" and therefore, they do seemingly discount the importance of physical appearance. This is their job and the primary goal is to make money.
Another guy in this thread mentioned that Asian women care more about "kindness" than physical attractiveness - this is not completely accurate. In general, Asian women care more about economic security than physical attractiveness. They are very adept at determining your net-worth, and that often trumps other personal qualities, positive or negative, that you may possess.

Appearance is so subjective. Some would look at Lebron James and admire him as a living example of perfect physical specimen and I would bet most of the providers in this industry would be absolutely petrified. My experiences have been that the women want to feel safe and comfortable with you. Once you have assured them that you are not a threat, the remainder of the session is based on their commitment to service.
Hours and hours of late night chats with the girls after you studs all go home. I’ve never heard a girl say, “that man was so virile, I hope he’s back next week to fuck me again”. It’s more like, “next week it’s someone else’s turn to take that ass who thinks he’s gods gift to women, tipped cheap, and made me lose a turn.”
