ive Lived there. I’ll bet you haven’t. I know Korea, it’s why I use it as an example. Other countries have been successful too. They weren’t automatically going to be successful with this. Seoul isn’t much different from nyc except it’s like twice as big and denser. They took it seriously, made it a top priority and they humped on it. They let the smart people make the decisions, not the politicians. Everyone supported it because it transcends business and politics. Here we still have morons objecting to social distancing because it infringes on their freedom as Americans.

Ask any doctor or nurse what they think of the government response. Reality here is we’d be fucked if Kraft hadn’t delivered that plane full of masks. Now if he could just find us ventilators, or we could get the homemade ones working. This stuff is ripping through nursing homes.

Let’s see, I read that their are tons of Chinese in Italy (true), they went back and forth to China( true). They brought the virus (True). the thinking right now is no, but you become immune for a couple years. but i havent heard anything definitive yet. Its the classic, your body develops antibodies custom designed to attack that virus, and they only linger a certain amount of time before fading out. Reports coming from China now include them killing people that were infected to stop the spread, including putting living people in incinerators.
