Guys, this virus sticks to anything it touches. If it sticks to the soles of your feet and the clothes that you wear. it sticks to your hands.
Why would it not get embedded in your hair?
I'm the first to assume the worst but let's not get crazy here.
The virus transmits best on smooth solid inorganic surfaces to your hand and directly to your mouth. 2nd best is someone coughing, breathing heavy and sneezing in your direction within 3 feet of you.
Unless you are wearing shoes in your house, plus have small kids rolling around on the floor and you're doing yoga touching the soles of your bare feet I don't think shoes are going to do it.
As far as hair... Your hair has natural oils that trap pathogens so not likely an efficient route. Viruses need to hitch a ride on water droplets and oil and water don't mix. The palms of your hand typically have the lowest concentration of skin oils and that is why it is the most effective route.
