I dunno if that will allow massage to open up, but im wondering what you all think?
My thoughts are that the small rooms allow a bit of virus buildup from breathing and talking, and are a risk. I think the face down part of massage is a potential exposure, as well as the personal contact should there be anything on hands. Im dying for some bodywork, but think im possibly going to wait until a vaccine or improved treatments. I feel like there is a lack of ability to confirm hygiene of providers, as well as the sheets/towels/tables. I think the number of clients might be enough to make the service too risky for my level of comfort.
Are there any preventative measures that might make you more comfortable with the risks? Masks on both parties? provider soapy down full body between clients, like in a stand up shower? higher air flow out of the rooms? showing the new client that sheets and face cradles were changed in front of them ? testing for the providers, and somehow letting the client see confirmation of a negative?
