The guys are fairly normal overall. They are regular guys, working guys, business owners, etc. It's impossible to look at someone and see if they monger or not.
Although there was one guy there that I thought was retarded for a mental patient. I get discounted rates, or free depending on how the owner is feeling. One of my free sessions, the crazy guy came in. She stopped my session because he didn't want the other girl (she asked me if it was okay and I said yes, I don't want to abuse the freebies). Anyway, she didn't close my door fully and I'm just laying there, he keeps peeking into my room looking at me, and she keeps stopping him. The whole situation was so funny to me.
For those I don't know, they let crazy people walk the streets depending on their medication and functionality, I truly believe she was one of those guys.
But speaking of the cameras, they are clear enough to identify you.

There's two different systems in use, simultaneously. One system keeps the video for about 10 days, the other about 60. The video wouldn't be useful against a monger as far as sex is concerned, because there are no cameras in the rooms.

The "big boss" figure definitely exists (see those DOB complaints) but IME not infrequently the legal owner of the spa is just some retired grandma/grandpa who sells their identity to the "managers" for a fee. (The fee is higher if that person has either a cosmetology license or massage license) They will go to sign the lease with the "managers" and allow their ID docs to be used to open a biz bank account etc (if they plan on using a CC machine).
