If a girl refuses a customer, nothing happens, because:
1. The girls are so money driven, it's rare for someone to turn a customer down. So disciplining a girl would be kind of pointless, because it's a rare occurrence.

It doesn't happen often. Maybe once every 3 weeks or so... Sometimes I will not open the door, because it looks like trouble. There's been times when the owner wanted to open the door, and I said no. I prefer to prevent a situation from happening, instead of the dealing with it myself.
