    Most places you have rapport with will but for the rub n’ tug AMP’s, they are better off saying no to 90 minutes in favor of waiting for another 60 minute session plus tip. If you have a go to gal in the rotation at a small place (1-2 person operation), ask her if it’s slow and tip accordingly...
