I doubt that GQ fact checks all of their content, but it's written in a consumable format. I think there may be also drawbacks to doing the exercise for extended periods.

Much obliged for the advice. I indeed tried that but it appears that late in life it seems to kick in a reaction of "prostatitus" which actually tightens up the region too much. Strange I can actually talk about this with total strangers. I guess that's the idea. lol

But it's OK.
My immediate family, other than my pop, was crap.

In my experience it means you need to find a new Woman.

Also don't drink alcohol before a session and wait 2 days between sessions.

Use Okamoto 004 condoms which are the thinnest available.

Just IMO, Alcohol is OK -- just don't over do it.
The complementary JDs and Bud Lights at AS/PP is a nice perk.
I never turn it down, even if doing a nooner on my lunch break.
And for my Lear visits a half pint of smirnoff (byob).

During session is fine, but if you do it before i find it reduces sensitivity too much and ends up being a jack hammering session with tons of lube and not very pleasurable for either party.

001s are the thinnest, They make them in L sizes too.
For the OP, you are probably just jerking off too much. Just dont nut 48 hours in advance. Btw no one should enjoy 40-50 mins of straight pounding, not even your dick should. It will get sore as fuck, at least mine will. Only other fringe case is if your way underaverage size wise, in that case, just unlucky man.

Also, I prefer 1 good nut per session, quality > quantity imo.
